Notre avis, bannir le plus possible ces mauvaises habitudes:
– Ne pas par exemple se resservir deux fois
– Manger lentement et mastiquer bien
– Éviter l’alcool
– Consommer le moins possible la nourriture transformée comme les fast foods
– Ne pas rajouter de sel dans votre plat, ni sucre
– Cuisiner avec des huiles légères
– Éviter les fritures
